East Coast K9's – I saw a lack of professionalism and low breeding standards, when it came to other dog breeders. With my passion for the German Shepherd breed, I have dedicated myself to breeding healthy, intelligent, and well-tempered dogs that excel as companions, working dogs, and protectors. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Temperament Test
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Peter was excellent to work with. I could tell he truly cared about my pup. He was even able to meet us for pick up because we drove 7 hours. Our fur baby has been home for two weeks and doing amazing. Our vet gave her a clean bill health and she is learning sit, come, and down. Potty training has been pretty easy. She catches on quickly. We absolutely love our baby girl.
