I'm Corynn L., the breeder behind Echo Canyon Canines located in Eagle Mountain, UT. My mission and objectives are to advance my lines in an ethical way to promote the health and welfare of the breeds in my program. My dogs play a significant role in my daily life, and I want to spread the love and companionship they have offered me to the rest of the world.
Q. & A. with Corynn
Why did you start breeding?
My aunt (my mentor) is the one who got me into breeding. She owns a miniature red Poodle Stud and asked me if I’d like to learn how to do breedings/ artificial insemination one day. I sat in on breeding she had, and I was immediately fascinated about the process. I enjoy learning, and that is the day I knew I wanted to be a dog breeder!
What makes your program special?
I have certified in dog obedience training and start my puppies on the basics (such as potty, crate, and sit/down). I also genetic test all of my parents to ensure genetic diseases are not being passed on.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Poppy, mom
Poodle
About Poppy
Poppy is a female Poodle over 4 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Corynn decided to make her part of their program. Koda, dad
Poodle
About Koda
Koda is a beautiful cream and white AKC miniature poodle weighing in at 18 pounds. He is so sweet and such a people person. Everyone who has met Koda instantly falls in love with his charming personality and beautiful coloring. Koda is adventurous, obedient, and outgoing. Some of his favorite things include going on walks, playing tug of war, and playing with a squeaky toy! He is also very cuddly, and loves to snuggle right up next to you any chance he gets.
He enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs. He gets along very well with other dogs, people, and children. He has been raised around dogs of various ages and sizes and young kids.
Moose, dad
Poodle
About Moose
Moose is my personal stud, and I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old. He is a playful, cuddly, loving, and such an easy going little guy. He loves going “buh-bye” in the car and enjoys adventures. His favorite thing to do (and could do for HOURS) is playing with any sort of ball he can get his paws on!

Parent health testing
Breeder-Reported Testing
Good level
Echo Canyon Canines reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Cavapoos.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
