I'm Trina D., the breeder behind Echo Valley Cavapoos located in Kingsville, MO. Our Cavapoos are born and raised in our dining room! We put hours into desensitizing and socializing them so they can transition easily into their new lives. Our puppies are exposed to cats, toddlers and strangers. We are looking for buyers that will provide our puppies with the same level of love.
Q. & A. with Trina
Why did you start breeding?
When my daughter was in high school, she bred shih-tzus for her FFA. I fell in love with lap dog breeds! The breeding only lasted a short time, but we kept the parents and a couple offspring for 15+ years.
As I approach retirement, I want to devote my time to my passion - dogs! I started this endeavor in 2022, hoping to have an established breeding business built within the next couple of years.
What makes your program special?
We are a small in-home breeder that pride ourselves in handling our sweet puppies frequently. Our dam and sire are truly family pets that cuddle with us on a nightly basis. Puppies are whelped in our dining room and raised there as well. We take a hands-on approach, playing with paws, faces and ears to reduce stress when it's grooming time. They also frequently interact with cats and toddlers.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

It's time to try some crunchy food! We're almost 5 weeks old!! Our teeth & tummies are ready for real food. I start my puppies on Eukanuba small breed puppy food because they are such tiny bites. As we finish the bag, I'll transition them to larger kibble. Look out world! Here we come!!
