I'm Marissa F., the breeder behind Elimwood Farm Goldendoodles located in Alexandria, LA. Our program's main focus is producing healthy puppies that are capable of living long, happy lives. Second, we implement Puppy Culture protocols to best prepare our puppies for their new homes. Each puppy is treated like one of our own while they are with us and receives lots of love and kisses.
Q. & A. with Marissa
Why did you start breeding?
After purchasing our first girl, Ana, we fell in love with this breed. Our desire has always been to produce quality puppies that will bless families for many years.
What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because we complete extensive health testing on the parents to guarantee we are producing the healthiest puppies. Further, we follow Puppy Culture protocols to best prepare our puppies for their new homes. At 7 weeks old, we have a trainer perform temperament testing so that we can provide our buyers all of the information needed to select their perfect puppy.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
