Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding through my deep love for German Shepherds. After years of training and living with them, I realized how special their loyalty, intelligence, and drive truly are. Breeding became a natural next step—to preserve their incredible traits and share that joy with others.What makes your program special?
We focus on quality over quantity—we raise just one litter at a time, ensuring each puppy receives dedicated care and attention. Our dogs are raised in a loving, air-controlled environment in the Sierra Foothills, with 24/7 monitoring, early socialization, and a strong foundation in health and temperament. Judith has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes first set of vaccinations, a clean bill of health from our vet, starter food, AKC registration, and early socialization to help your puppy transition smoothly into their new home. . Deposit is refundable within 30 days of pick up date. After 30days the deposit is non refundable.”

Elite Haus K9 reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for German Shepherds.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Temperament Test
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
