Milissa was so responsive and knowledgeable about Tibetan spaniels! I had a lot of questions because I wanted to ensure that I set my puppy up for success. I appreciated how Milissa worked with me to schedule a pick up time & place that worked for both of us. Along with details about the Embershine breeding program and the litter, Milissa provided practical details: the puppy was trained to ring bells to go outside, had some of the required vaccinations, and came with food, treats, a toy, a blanket, and vet records. Trixie (formerly Charlotte) is the sweetest little girl! She had a great start in life and it shows. She loves climbing on the back of the couch & chairs, and she learned how to use the ramp to the couch within an hour. Trixie is the perfect addition to our family.
