I'm Charli P., the breeder behind En Pointe Kennels located in Utah. We offer exceptional Pointers that excel as family companions AND as hunters! They are raised with love from our home to yours. We decided to start a responsible, in-home breeding program in order to produce quality hunting dogs that also fit into a home setting. We focus on breeding dogs that have the drive to keep up with our lifestyle, but also have amazing temperaments and can quickly adapt to a calm family setting.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
