I'm Kathy D., the breeder behind Enchanted Keeshond located in Waterbury, CT. I am a devoted breeder. I do all that I can to ensure I am only breeding healthy, happy, and well-rounded dogs for you to bring into your home. All of my adult dogs are health tested prior to breeding; hips, elbows, patellas, cardiac, eyes, and PHPT. A CHIC # is issued for each dog that has all tests done.
Q. & A. with Kathy
Why did you start breeding?
Love the Breed and our 2nd Keeshond was a potential show dog. I spoke with many breeders before acquiring her. I had a good mentor who helped me along the way.
What makes your program special?
I take the dog's personality, structure and movement very seriously, taking into account our Breed Standard.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are silver and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
