Meet the breeder

I'm Katie W., the breeder behind English Setters of the Eyrie located in Boise, ID. I offer high-quality, health-tested, in-home raised English Setters. My puppies are the perfect addition to any family! My ultimate goal is to produce well-structured canines that can excel within various performance venues and have the ability to be the greatest family companions. I look forward to connecting with you!

Q. & A. with Katie

  • Why did you start breeding?

This amazing line of Setters has been passed down to me by my parents and I love being able to keep the bloodline going with responsible breeding practices. It's important to me to be able to share these wonderful dogs with others.
  • What makes your program special?

Each of the puppies I produce is part of my family, and their new homes are now extended family. I am always here for my clients and make sure my dogs are genetically and temperamentally fit and sound.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include white, orange belton, liver belton, blue belton and tan (tri-color), lemon belton, and blue belton. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

  • Dentition, Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
