Why did you start breeding?
I have loved German shepherds since I was a little girl. Their confidence and beauty make them such special dogs to me! I knew one day when I got a shepherd I was going to breed! I started learning as much as I could and started getting health testing done, finding the right studs and more! This has been such a special journey for me and I can’t wait for the future of my program!What makes your program special?
At Fancy GSDs we take the time to get to know all our puppy buyers. We want to make puppy buyers feel comfortable and like family We strive to make this experience joyful and fun as they get to watch their new family member grow. We do fun little things like give customers birth certificates for their puppy and plenty of other stuff to get them started.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have long coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black seal, sable, black, bi-color, black and red, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Raven is a long coat dark sable that carries Solid. Both of her parents are imported. She is such a sweet girl and loves to cuddle. Raven is medium drive and eager to please. She enjoys playing fetch with her ball and You can always find her at my feet. Raven is extremely fast and I am super excited to start Fast Cat with her. Raven is the first pup I ever kept back from one of my breedings and it has been extremely special for me to watch her grow! She was bred in house and comes from our very own Iris Rayne. Zeus is a long coat Blanketed Black and Tan that carries liver and solid. He is our upcoming stud bred in house from Iris Rayne. He is mediums drive and eager to please. He is very much toy driven and generally always has a toy in his mouth. Zeus will be receiving his SV HIP/ELBOWS, OFA Thyroid, OFA Patella and OFA Basic Cardiac when old enough! We are also working on getting some more titles as well! Stay tuned for the awesome things this boy will accomplish! Zeus will be up for Stud in 2027!🖤

Diesel is a long coat bi color male. He has medium drive but high prey drive! He is extremely sweet! He is great in public, with people and other dogs. He has a fantastic recall as well! His maternal pedigree is phenomenal! He has Extreme, Knox and Bolle JA NA KA in his pedigree! We will be working on getting some titles on him! Diesel is up for stud as well to approved females!

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Dentition, Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
