I'm Emilie F., the breeder behind Fisher's Couch Hounds located in Loysburg,, PA. Hello, Emilie here, work/stay at home mom. I have bred and raised dogs before. First time with Bassett Hounds. They are the most expressive, fun, cuddly and adorable dogs I've had. I have loved all my dogs but when your "pup" is 3 years old and you can't wait to see them? Why did you start breeding?
Back in 2015 I had male and female Australian Shepherds, we bred and raised puppies for about 8 years before she was retired and shortly after that we purchased my husband dream dog, a Bassett Hound. I fell in love immediatly with the breed and now three years later we decided to have puppies.What makes your program special?
I take pictures weekly and will have them ready for you to take home. I am typically always available to get ahold of. I have always offered to take back any dogs that may need rehomed, before it was a "thing" that websites require. I have never had to join a site like this as people generally like doing buisness with me. With me you are getting kindness, understanding and the best dog you'll ever have.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and white, brown and white, and black brown and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
