I'm Alexis B., the breeder behind Florida Coast Golden Doodles located in Sanford, FL. We intentionally remain a small breeding program so every parent and puppy receives exceptional love, care, and individual attention. Raised in our home, our puppies benefit from Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), socialization, and daily family interaction, giving them the foundation to become affectionate, and well-adjusted lifelong companions.

    Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, black, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Alexis

Alexis has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Alexis partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • DNA Disease Panel, Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), PRA, Golden Retriever 2, Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures (NEwS), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), PRA, Golden Retriever 1

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I named him Duffy, and he truly is the sweetest little boy. He has such a calm and loving personality, and he’s genuinely a very good boy. He’s also a very sleepy boy—he loves taking his little naps and can sleep for what feels like half the day! He’s playful and curious like any puppy, but he’s also very gentle with people and is learning quickly. He’s such a joy to be around, and I’m really proud of how sweet, loving, and well-mannered he is at such a young age.

    I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Florida Coast Golden Doodles. From the very beginning Alexis was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about her dogs. She answered every question I had and made the entire process feel comfortable and transparent. What really stood out to me was her dedication!! She drove nearly 200 miles just to make sure Cairo got to me safely. That level of commitment says a lot about how much she truly cares about her puppies and the families they go to. Cairo has been absolutely incredible. He’s super intelligent, playful, affectionate, and full of personality at only 14 weeks old!!! . He learns quickly, is very curious, and has such a sweet temperament. You can tell he was raised with a lot of care and attention because he’s confident, social, and already showing how smart he is.     I believe it's hard to explain how everything happens. I got extremely lucky finding Hank when I did. Alexis made the process extremely easy and I might have found my one in a million dog. I needed him more than ever at this moment in my life. He's a very sweet boy, crazy at times and do we have a lot to work on, yes! Every puppy needs work, attention, love and so much more. I saw Hank, immediately fell in love from a picture. I got to Alexis's house to pick him up and I fell more in love. You don't always know when you are going to find the right dog but I knew I found the one when I saw Hank. Alexis couldn't have been more amazing with the entire process, granted I saw him on a Thursday and picked him up Friday. When you know you know. Hank is now apart of my story, family and life. I could not have found a better dog after only having him for a week, I just know we were meant to be. At the end of the day I didn't expect to meet Alexis. I didn't expect to get a puppy, but I did and I am forever grateful for this moment in my life and the joy Alexis allowed me to have by bringing this sweet little boy into my life. It definitely seems like Alexis has raised some very good ones and I hope you can think about giving her dogs, that she raises, a chance to better your life like it has mine. I'm forever grateful!
