I'm Jolanta T., the breeder behind FLORIDA SUNSHINE RUSSIAN TOYS located in North Palm Beach, FL. My goal is to breed healthy Russian Toys that are true to the breed standard. Titled in Conformation with BIS Wins and may have Dog Sport Titles. I imported my first female, from Latvia "Mercedes". My dogs are named after the luxury cars we have, at our dealership. Show Quality, reasonably priced.

Why did you start breeding?
My first Russian Toy had me hooked on the breed. Russian Toys were not well known and I decided to start showing and share my passion for this breed with others. We have shown at AKC National Dog Show, Crufts, and Westminster winning Best of Breed with my female and my male winning Select.What makes your program special?
I care deeply about only producing the healthiest and most gorgeous Russian Toys. I may keep more than one puppy, to let them grow up to evaluate for show. So On occasion we may have a trained older puppy available and or even an AKC Champion !What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and brown, red sable, red, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
