Q. & A. with Cloey
Why did you start breeding?
I had heard about the Mudi breed and wanted to meet some. As it turns out, one of the best Mudi breeders in the US lived 15 minutes from me. I went and met her dogs and fell in love! I asked her to put me on a waitlist and about 6 months later my boy was born! He turned out to be a great breeding prospect so I have decided to move forward with my little program!
What makes your program special?
My main focus is versatility in my dogs. I never want to go too far to the conformation side or too far to the sport side for that matter. I truly think the Mudi is and should remain a versatile breed. It is very important to me that a great sport dog is still able to prove itself in the showring. I would like to avoid a breed split in the Mudi.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
