I'm Dana L., the breeder behind Foggy Timber Kennels located in Pennington, TX. We are pet owners first and foremost, and our dogs are truly part of our family. We live on a tree farm, where our dogs enjoy plenty of space to explore and are part of our everyday life alongside our young children, chickens, donkeys, and other pets. Our love for our dogs is what inspired us to begin breeding and sharing that joy with other families. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours.

Why did you start breeding?
Our journey into breeding began when we welcomed our first Cavalier into our family in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the breed’s sweet, affectionate temperament. Having previously owned and loved a doodle, we felt Cavapoos were the perfect combination of two breeds we already adored. We loved the idea of raising puppies that combine the loving, family-oriented nature of the Cavalier with the low-shedding qualities often associated with Poodles. What started with our love for our own dogs grew into a passion for raising happy, healthy puppies for other families to love just as much as we do.What makes your program special?
What makes our breeding program special is that our dogs and puppies are truly part of our family. We are a small, family-centered program, which allows us to give each litter lots of individual love, attention, and hands-on care. Our puppies are raised right in our home. From birth until they leave for their new homes, they are part of our everyday lives. We put our hearts into raising sweet, healthy, happy puppies and love getting to know the families who will love them next.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Getting a puppy from Dana

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Dana partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Once we’ve connected with a family and received their deposit, they are able to select their puppy based on availability and selection order. We do like to have at least one phone or FaceTime conversation with each family so we can get to know you, answer questions, and help ensure you feel confident in your choice.”
Price
“The price of each puppy includes veterinary wellness exams, age-appropriate deworming, first round of vaccinations, and a puppy starter kit to help make the transition home a little easier. A deposit secures your place for one of our puppies. Prior to the litter being born, your deposit reserves your family’s spot in the litter and selection order. Once the puppies are born and selections are made, the deposit reserves your specific puppy until they are ready to go home.”
