I'm Sabrina M., the breeder behind For The Love Of Westies located in Michigan. Our West Highland White Terrier pups are home-raised. We put a lot of care into socializing them so they can transition easily into their new lives. We commit ourselves towards preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence!
Q. & A. with Sabrina
Why did you start breeding?
Years ago I wanted another westie I was disappointed in the options out there. I decided I’d breed my girl. I found so many wonderful people who were trying to find a Westie. I knew I could bring something to the table. I got an exceptional male,he’s the daddy to all my litters. It’s been about 10+ years I’ve been breeding. I love it, and take great pride in my parents health as well as the pups!
What makes your program special?
The love & devotion for my pups and parents is evident in our home. They are raised with my 2 daughters and my other doggies. All our pups and parents go through health testing and all vaccines are done by my Veterinarian. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m here all day with our buddies! Knowing where your pup comes from, they are raised in a home environment and not Kennels is something I’m proud of!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
