I'm Brooke C., the breeder behind Freedom Kennel located in Virginia Beach, VA. I spend so much of my life with these wonderful dogs and truly love doing what I do. I strive to produce top-quality, healthy pups. My breeding program emphasizes health testing and quality genetics, with a focus on temperament, working skills, and training. My dogs are highly active and intelligent. If you are looking for a house pet with no job these dogs probably will not be the right fit for your lifestyle.

Getting a puppy from Brooke
Brooke has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes a healthy, active puppy from health tested parents with conformation Championships as well as performance titles. . Please do not ask to pick your puppy based on looks. We will take into account all the things you want to do with your puppy and will work to place the right puppy with you.”
Contract & health guarantee
Brooke may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Legg-Calve-Perthes (OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
