I'm Nikki B., the breeder behind George Creek Kennel located in Canute, OK. We have generations of OFA CHIC certifications as well as generations of champions as well as dogs who have been in the top 10 in the nation. Our dogs not only excel in the conformation ring but also do well in performance doing obedience, agility and heeding. We offer our guidance to help ensure our puppies and their new forever homes thrive.

Why did you start breeding?
My mother had German shepherds growing up and got me into AKC shows and later my own program.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include stock and plush coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable, bi-color, black and tan, and black and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Nikki

Nikki has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Nikki partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We match our puppies into the perfect homes by asking about activity levels, experience and home life in order to ensure the best possible fit. We get to know each individual puppies personality and energy level. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Includes health guarantee, AKC registration, 30 Days of AKC Pet Insurance, Current vaccination and worming and microchip. Deposits are only taken once puppies are 6 weeks of age.”

Contract & health guarantee

Nikki may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Nikki offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Nikki directly.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Temperament Test, Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
