I'm Golden Life D., the breeder behind Golden Life Doodles located in Houston, TX. Our mission is to share the joy of a Goldendoodle with others by providing Goldendoodle puppies with outstanding personalities, temperament and above all, health! We are committed to producing top-quality puppies through meticulous selection of parents.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I began breeding Poodle mixes at the age of 14 while living in New York City. My journey started with a beloved phantom poodle named Lucky, who lived a long and healthy life of 16 years. Initially, I bred Lucky out of personal interest, never imagining that breeding would become such a significant part of my life throughout my 20s. Today, the Goldendoodle holds a special place in my heart -Jaylene

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Goldendoodle puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Golden Life

Golden Life has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Golden Life partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“Select your puppy of choice when they reach 6 weeks of age, either in person or via video call. At this stage, half of the remaining payment will be due, unless alternative payment arrangements were previously discussed. Please note that the availability of choices will be based on the order in which reservations were placed.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes a two year health guarantee, Health Certificate, Vaccinations, Deworming , Snuggle Puppy, Bag of food and Lifetime Support from us. A $500 Deposit is needed to reserve your puppy! The $500 will also go towards the total amount.”

Golden Life may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Full Embark Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Working with Golden Life Doodles was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a pet. They sent weekly updates and photos. They scheduled time to meet the puppies to ensure we could pick the puppy that matched what we wanted.
