I'm Anna H., the breeder behind Golden Meadow Farmstead located in Blanchester, OH. We are a family based breeder of Medium First Generation (F1) English Goldendoodles. Located in Blanchester, Ohio, all of the dogs in our breeding program are carefully chosen from healthy lines and health tested to ensure we are only breeding the best of temperament and genetics. Our mamas are members of our family. They are dogs we love, teach and trust.
Q. & A. with Anna
Why did you start breeding?
I was introduced to Goldendoodles, by becoming a guardian home for a mini goldendoodle mama. As a guardian I got the chance to be apart of whelping and raising the puppies for a different breeder. I watched, learned, and loved everything about raising puppies. Since my mini goldendoodle is now retired, and I decided to start breeding goldendoodles on my own.
What makes your program special?
We raise goldendoodles because we love dogs, and we we want to raise the perfect dog for your family. We have health tested our mamas to make sure that we are only breed healthy lines. Our mamas live with us, as valued members of our family.
We use Early Neurological Stimulation to make sure that we are building the strong healthy puppies from a young age. By following a lot of Puppy Culture techniques in raising puppies, we establish a solid foundation of health and socialization before our puppies go to their forever homes. We also use puppy matching to ensure that we find the right puppy for your family!! This means each puppy has been evaluated by a professional dog trainer before they leave our farm. We truly want adding a puppy to your family to be a win-win for you and the puppy.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
