I'm Janet D., the breeder behind Goldstone Russian Toys located in Athens, TX. It was love at first sight with these little dogs! I just adore each of my dogs and love sharing their puppies with others! I've been training and living with dogs my whole life. In my 60's I decided to get my first show dog, and have been hooked ever since! My dogs are my pride and joy and breeding them has proven to be a true passion.

Why did you start breeding?
With my first show dog I had amazing success. He was the #2 RT in the US. Many people wanted to use him for breeding so it was natural that I try my hand at breeding also!What makes your program special?
My dogs live with us. They sleep in our bed. They are the main focus of our house. Puppies are handled and socialized daily from the very beginning. Our goal is to produce well balanced, stable, loving dogs both for the show ring and for your household. All adults and puppies are Embark tested and have full health reports.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and tan and red sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Janet
Janet has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
"The price includes deworming, vaccinations appropriate for the age of the puppy and at least one veterinarian exam. All puppies are also DNA/Health tested through Embark. All puppies are microchipped. Deposits can be transferred to future litters."

GCHS CH BMZ'S FROM SANTA WITH LOVE, KALEIDOSCOPE ATT FDC Currently retired from the show ring. Was awarded almost 100 Best of Breeds in his 18 months of showing. At Westminster he took Select Dog both 2024 and 2025. At Crufts in Birmingham England he took 3rd in class. He is an excellent representative of his breed with a beautiful topline, great ear set, beautiful big eyes, straight front, perfect teeth and overall dimensions. He also has his American Temperment Test and Farm Dog certificates! He is a loving boy with a sweet personality.

Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
