Q. & A. with Kellie
Why did you start breeding?
Growing up my family had a few litters of puppies (poodles and American Eskimo Spitz). I loved helping raise these litters. As a homeschooling mother, I decided that giving my children the same experience I had would enhance their childhood and learning just as it did mine. Each litter we bred brought us and the new puppy families so much joy. As we continued breeding we learned so much about bettering the breed, health testing, and genetic testing. It was important to us to do our best to produce healthy puppies in an ethical way. As families came back to us for another puppy, we began to expand and raise more litter. We just love keeping up with our puppies and the families they go to!
What makes your program special?
We do our best to raise happy, healthy puppies and match them with the right families. We make sure to do the proper health and genetic testing so our puppies will have the best chance at a long healthy life. We screen potential puppy families to insure that our puppies are cared for and don't end up in a shelter. We have gotten lots of positive feedback from our puppy families. It warms our hearts to hear how these furry family members are bringing their families so much joy!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Poodle puppies include miniature and moyen sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include apricot, red, and parti. Poodle puppies include apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
