Q. & A. with Jessica

  • Why did you start breeding?

I fell in love with Goldendoodles after getting my first one and experiencing their loving, intelligent nature. That bond inspired me to start breeding with a focus on health, temperament, and early socialization. What began as a personal passion has grown into a mission to raise incredible family companions.
  • What makes your program special?

My breeding program stands out for its focus on quality, not quantity. Each puppy is raised in our home with early socialization, enrichment, and lots of love. We use top-quality nutrition, health test our parents, and stay committed to ongoing education. Our goal is to raise confident, healthy puppies ready to thrive in their forever homes.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

I have always wanted a puppy, but was always weary of breeders. When I found Jessica on Good Dog we instantly connected as she was very open and transparent about her practice and intentions of breeding. She was extremely responsive to my millions of questions daily, and she even kept me in the loop during the puppies birth with pictures and updates. I chose one of the female puppies and it’s is apparent that these puppies were conditioned well to noises, handled well for sensory, and crate and mostly outside potty trained (fully potty pad trained), before coming home. Mia is such a little joy. She already knew the command sit from the breeder and does it very obediently, which I honestly was surprised about. Mia is also very independent, and while she will still follow me around, I can walk to the kitchen while she sleeps on the couch and she won’t cry or get up to follow. She is a very well adjusted puppy for 8 weeks, and while she will still need training (as all puppies do), I feel like she is off to a great start bc I got her from such a wonderful intentional family. If you are looking for a puppy, and no she didn’t tell me to say any of this ( trust me I was skeptical the entire time before actually getting the puppy), you won’t be disappointed. Jessica clearly loves her dogs and puppies immensely, and worked with them daily to make their transitions to their forever homes easier. Mia was calm the entire 7 hour ride home and slept through the first night in the crate 9-5 without a peep. Jessica’s post puppy coming home support has also been stellar. I do not feel alone and that eases my anxieties when I am unsure of anything puppy related! So happy I decided to trust her and take home my little Mia!

Jessica was awesome, she was very responsive from the first message to video updates. She had 2 puppies available and I couldn’t decide however after I told her what I was looking for she recommended Dutton. He has been a little lover as well as a playmate to his big brother. Jessica offered to meet half way which made it easy. Dutton came home and immediately claimed the kennel as his before running off to explore the yard. It has only been a few days but he has become a part of the family 😍

I have a hard time imagining a better experience with a breeder. Jessi TRULY loves her dogs and their puppies, and cares for the puppies like they were her own babies. I’m not kidding, she loves them to death. There isn’t a spec of what you might fear from a breeder in her - that is - being in it for money. She didn’t push buying on us, or try to convince us, and in fact, did things that were so clearly for the well being of the puppy and not focused on getting our money that it is hard to believe she wasn’t just doing this for charity. It is so obvious she does this because she LOVES these puppies, and she raised our puppy so well that he hasn’t had a single house potty accident and is already potty trained!! And so obedient to coming when we call, to sitting… it is too good to be true, yet it is. Jessi responded to all of our questions immediately during the whole process, and has been so helpful from the start to now that we have him at home as she continues to answer any questions. She got us dinner when we had a bad weather experience getting to her house and got there much later than planned - and her dogs are SO well behaved and adorable. They bring so much joy. And she is so good at training them. We love our little puppy to death - he has the PERFECT temperament, is unbelievably adorable, and without a doubt I would never recommend a breeder over Jessi!! She isn’t paying me to say this hahaha. Go to gracious doodle dogs if you get the chance!!!!! Seriously!!!
