Q. & A. with Elizabeth
Why did you start breeding?
I started out with my first litter 5 years ago by myself. With each litter, I learn something new, create new relationships and now surround myself with knowledgeable people and mentors in all aspects of breeding, show, and sport. As I gain knowledge and a better understanding of what I am looking for to add to this breed, each litter becomes better and better.
What makes your program special?
I work closely with my repo. vet. providing all shots/deworming/microchip and health cert. My pups are raised in my home, handled, socialized with family and other pets, crate/car/start of potty training will begin, we offer inside/outside activities to build strength and confidence as well as noise desensitization therapy. All pups are reg. with AKC which we provide free of charge.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Qyra, mom
German Shepherd
About Qyra
Qyra is a beautiful female with a very nice deep mahogany red and black long coat. She has correct anatomy however is just slightly under breed standard. For a smaller shepherd she shows great enthusiasm to work and wants to please at all times. She has lots of energy but will be just as happy to chill on the couch. She has great character and a sweet temperament, gets along with our other dogs and is a joy to have in our home.
Oban, dad
German Shepherd
About Oban
Oban is a male German Shepherd. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Elizabeth decided to make him part of their program. Elizabeth has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
