We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Lauren Pavkov at Greater Swiss of Whitetail Acres. We brought home our male Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Captain, and he has exceeded all of our expectations. Captain came to us incredibly well-behaved—nearly fully potty trained and crate trained. His loyalty and loving nature are unmatched, and we’ve had many dogs over the years to compare!
Lauren was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, and consistently provided us with daily photos and videos to keep us updated on Captain’s well-being. Her dedication and care for her dogs truly shine through.
If you’re considering a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, we cannot recommend Lauren and Greater Swiss of Whitetail Acres enough. Captain has been the perfect addition to our family, and we owe so much of that to Lauren’s exceptional breeding and care.

We recently had the pleasure of bringing home our new puppy, Martigan (formerly Spruce), from Lauren and her family and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. From the moment we began everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism.
Lauren maintained excellent communication throughout the process, providing timely updates and answering all our questions with patience and clarity. Her responsiveness was truly appreciated, and it made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
The process of selecting and bringing Martigan home was thorough and straightforward. Lauren clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring that each puppy was well-cared for and matched with the right family. I felt a strong connection and confidence in the choice, thanks to her transparent approach and dedication.
Overall, she provided a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to bring a new puppy into their home. Our new puppy is a testament to her commitment to quality and care. Thank you for helping us find such a special addition to our family!
