It's been raining the last few days so when the rain stopped we took advantage! We took a couple of our most adventurous pups (the two that weren't napping) and let them explore the outdoors for the first time! They learned how to use the doggie door and followed us all away around the yard and back. And it wouldn't be complete without playing in the mud with uncle Taco the Frenchie.

German Shepherd
About Nova
Nova is an absolute sweetheart with a joyful, gentle soul. She originated in Germany and arrived to us as a submissive, playful little squirrel- and like fine wine, she's only gotten better with age. She is the perfect balance of confidence and kindness: affectionate, loving, and always ready to give "kisses" (she's definitely a licker!). Inside the house, Nova is a laid-back couch potato who's happy to relax and soak up attention. But once she's outside, her playful bubbly personality shines through and she's right back to chasing squirrels and enjoying every moment. Nova is a wonderful combination of gentle, happy, and fun-loving. A devoted companion with a sweet temperament and a joyful spirit that makes everyone around her smile.

German Shepherd
About Thanos
Thanos is our gently giant with a heart as big as his paws. He has a calm, patient demeanor that makes him wonderful around children and a joy to have as part of the family. Incredibly intelligent and a total goofball at heart. Thanos is always watching, always learning, and lives to figure things out by observing what you do. He could probably be a certified plumber by now. He takes his job seriously when it comes to protecting his people- posturing up to strangers and keeping a watchful eye- but the moment he realizes they're friends, he's ready to love them like his own. Despite his impressive size, Thanos truly believes he's a lap dog. He'll gently nuzzle his big head between your arms or rest it on your lap, patiently asking for head scratches and affection. Thomas is the perfect combination of loyal guardian, smart companion, and affectionate family dog. A steady, loving presence with a playful soul and a heart of gold.

German Shepherd
About Keena
Keena is the perfect family dog. She was raised around little ones pulling on her nose, lips and ears and taking the job as professional pillow for a toddler seriously. There’s nothing much better than some loves and kisses in her eyes except for maybe water. This girl is a fish out of water. She loves adventure by day and snuggles by night. Very intellectual and is always the first to respond when somethings up. This girl has all the traits of what a German Shepherd should portray.

German Shepherd
About Toby
Toby has one of the best well-rounded personalities; he’s a happy go lucky guy that wants to spend the whole day with his person. Training is easy for how smart he is, plus he’s extremely toy motivated. He’s as loyal as they come and will try his hardest for you. Be prepared for a wet dog when it’s hot outside or while playing ball because if there is water around he’ll be in it.
