Meet the breeder

I'm Kilynn H., the breeder behind H German Shepherds located in Veneta, OR. We specialize in health tested West German Showlines with straighter backs and no extreme angulation or roach back. Bred for the soundest of minds and strongest structures.

Q. & A. with Kilynn

  • Why did you start breeding?

Animal reproduction and genetics have always intrigued me. I started breeding market hogs in my junior year in high school as my FFA SAE project. Naturally the specific reproduction education I received rolled into my love for the German Shepherd breed and how I could educate and share my love for the breed.
  • What makes your program special?

Every one of our dogs is a cherished family and live in our home with our children. We breed for personalities with healthy sound confirmations from straighter backs with no severe angulation nor roach back. We breed for the perfect family dogs that can also be enjoyed taking to shows on the weekends.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
