I'm Penny P., the breeder behind HA-Penny Beagles located in Fresno, CA. I am a proud member of the National Beagle Club and Sacramento Beagle Club, Southern California Beagle Club and Parliamentarian for the Sun Maid Kennel Club. I am also a member of the Canine Agility Team for more than 20 years. I am very passionate about breeding healthy, happy, and well-rounded pups. I have produced several champions including multiple National Specialty Award Of Merit Winners, the Winner's Dog , Winners bitch, Best in puppy sweepstakes and Best Veteran in Sweepstakes at the beagle National and Best Bred-by Exhibitor in show.

Why did you start breeding?
I came across the world of Beagles about 40 years ago and fell in love with the breed. The fun natured, sweet pups quickly became members of our family and now we have used our passion for breeding to prepare them to become new members of your own home. Our goal is to breed for temperament, health, and the natural beauty of these dogs.What makes your program special?
Our pups get plenty of love and careful attention to ensure they are raised as best as possible. They constantly play inside our home as well as in our large, open yard. The puppies become familiar with household noises and sounds. We also let them have plenty of free time amongst themselves.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
