I'm Kelli M., the breeder behind Heart of Goldendoodles located in Bay City, MI. Proud breeders of genetically health tested Golden Doodles! We are located in Mid/Southern Michigan, all of our sweet pups are raised in our home using the puppy culture program from day one until they go to their forever homes. We begin crate training, potty training and some basic obedience!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I bought my Goldendoodle about ten years ago, once he passed his health clearances; I began using him as a stud and my breeding journey began!
  • What makes your program special?

    The love and care that goes into raising my pups makes us special. This is my full time job so I can provide my undivided attention and love forward the pups and my dogs. I don’t have children of my own, so they are like my children.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kelli

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The deposit is applied toward the entire cost of the pup and is used to hold a puppy for you until pick day arrives. We allow our families to choose their pups in the order deposits were made.”

Kelli may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Brucellosis

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Animal Genetics Panel, Cerebellar Degeneration, Day Blindness, Achromatopsia, DNA Repository, DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
