I'm Nichole P., the breeder behind Hidden Hill Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs located in White Lake, MI. Preservation breeder of AKC Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs since 2011 and an AKC Breeder of Merit. I strive to produce structurally sound, happy, healthy puppies that will become outstanding members of your family while improving the breed as a whole.

Why did you start breeding?
It’s was a natural progression of falling in love with the breed and wanting to help preserve it for years to come. There is great responsibility that comes with being a steward of the breed and making sure the breed upholds its hallmark characteristics is a challenge I am pleased to be a part of.What makes your program special?
Each breeding is thoughtfully decided on with conformation, health & temperament in mind. Puppies are not placed on first come first serve basis as I’m looking for the perfect fit for the individual puppy and the breed as a whole.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black, white and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

"Limited AKC registration, veterinary wellness exam, first round of vaccines, dewormed, microchip with lifetime membership, 30 days pet insurance. Lifetime support and guidance for your puppy. Deposit is due once home has gone through the interview process and is approved for a Hidden Hill puppy."

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Shoulder Osteochondrosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
