High Country German Shepherds

Artemis is a female German Shepherd. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Linda decided to make her part of their program. Linda has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Grace is a sweetheart and very intelligent. She is alert and easy to train, very smart and wants to please her people. She loves being pet and wants to snuggle.

Sheba is a female German Shepherd. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Linda decided to make her part of their program. Nola is a beloved family member and protector. She will protect her family but settles down when she knows it is a safe person. Very smart and easy to train.

Nikita is a sweet girl that is friendly but alerts to strangers. She lives with a family that loves her and she is a sweetheart.

Kitana is smart and easy to train. She is very balanced in her protection and drives. She loves her family and will protect them but she is a friendly, stable minded girl.

Judah is a friendly, good nature dog. He is easy to train and handle. He loves people and is confident and unafraid. He is very willing to please and is a wonderful companion.

Rush is friendly and smart. He likes people but doesn't just trust anyone. His hips and elbows have passed OFA.

Jesse has a protective, correct temperament. She is nice to strangers but not overly friendly. She is very intelligent and trainable. Jesse is healthy, N/N for DM and has good hips and elbows.

Athena is a taller, very smart girl and easily trained. She is alert, athletic and playful. She has a super natural temperament and is a joy to have in my home. She has natural protectiveness but is accepting of those I allow in my home.

Samson is friendly, bouncy, and healthy. He is very trainable and remembers training from puppyhood. He is social and is a joy to be around. Samson loves to play and be with his family. Samson is N/N for DM, and his hips and elbows have been checked with the OFA.

Matilda! I have an all-black GSD from High Country German Shepherds. Matilda is an incredible animal. She is currently just under 2 years old and ALL puppy still, as most young GSD's are. At six months old, she passed basic obedience training courses. She was so hyper at the time that I was of the opinion she was going to be untrainable. Boy, was I wrong! She was almost fully leash trained in 20 minutes. Once we figured out how to focus her energy into positive training, she quickly became the most trainable dog I've ever had. House training was a cinch, and she's a friendly and social animal. She's excellent with 2 other dogs in the house, three cats, and and a protector of my young children. Physically, she's a fine specimen. She's fast, alert, and agile. She can clear a regular fence with ease and hike and run all day long, always being alert to her surroundings and ready for a command. To be completely honest, she's the smartest dog I've ever had. Mike D

Shabach is a smart friendly girl. She is 100% champion working lines. She is easy to train and a real sweet girl.

Luna is a wonderful family dog and loves and protects them. She has a stable temperament and is protective but not overly aggressive. She places herself between the kids and the door. Perfect girl.

Hemi is a powerhouse! He has a deep chest and is built like a tank. He is a straight back, working bloodline German Shepherd. Hemi has an excellent personality, is confident, and shows a very correct degree of protectiveness. He is is fearless and can be intimidating. OFAd for hips and elbows and DNA tested against Degenerative Myelopathy.

Bamboo is a medium drive female and her parents were fully health tested and clear of DM. Bamboo travels to work with her master daily and has a great balance of protection and friendliness.

Claire has earned her CGC certification. She has a very sweet temperament and likes people. She is active but gentle. Easily trained and very intelligent. Claire is larger than standard size female.

Layla is a friendly, and loving girl. She is easy to train and loves her master. She is accepting and confident with strangers.

Arya is a larger, straight back, working bloodline female. She has higher drives . She loves to work and play, and is a quick learner. Arya has a very correct degree of protectiveness and acceptance. She is a therapy dog to her owner who has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. OFAd for hips and elbows and DNA tested against Degenerative Myelopathy.
