



I'm Jacquie H., the breeder behind Highline located in Greenwood Village, CO. Our goal is to raise outstanding Australian Shepherds that are not only beautiful but have good structure, superb temperaments, excellent health and make wonderful companions. I show in conformation, rally, obedience, agility, and herding but our dogs are family and treasured companions first. Every litter is produced with the goal of improving the breed. I am passionate about my breed and my dogs and puppies are my highest priority, I take raising the next generation very seriously.

Excellent level

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Coat/Trait Panel, D Locus (Dilute) DNA test, Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
