Q. & A. with Laura

  • Why did you start breeding?

I love this breed. Before 1987, we had Rottweilers. We had a few litters with them but our homeowners wouldn't insure us. Then we were lucky enough to find out about the JRT. The JRTCA is the breed club that has a code of ethics. We are a registered Breeder with the JRTCA.. Hillside Jack Russells! We raise pups in our home and they learn to deal with everyday noises etc.. We do Early Neuro Stimulation between 3-16 days. Stresses to deal with stress later in life. The temperament is the most important and structure according to the JRTCA standards.
  • What makes your program special?

Our Jacks have won multiple Championships in the USA and Canada. Racing, conformation, Super Earth, GTG, Lure and Dock diving. Many go to loving pet homes!
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
