I'm Candiss S., the breeder behind Hilltop Cuddle Pups located in Chattanooga, TN. Health, temperament, and top-notch care are our priorities! This is reflected in every puppy. Our pups grow up loved from the first moment of their lives right inside our home with us. They get the best start in life so they can come to you ready to be a well-rounded, quality, fluffy cuddle buddy!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love of Doodles began with the little guy on my lap in the picture above. He is not one of our breeding dogs. He's just one of my favorite cuddle bugs ;) and his name is Bruce. When I saw how sweet, silly, loyal, spunky, snuggly, and beautiful doodles were, we set out to breed top-notch family pets so we could share this love with others and we have never looked back!

  • What makes your program special?

    Here, our puppy care begins with the love and attention of our whole family. Every litter of puppies lives in our home with us while they grow. While with us, they receive early neurologic stimulation, grooming introduction, early potty training, and introduction to basic commands. They are used to the hustle and bustle of a busy household and socialized to love and crave your cuddles!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, phantom, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Candiss

Candiss has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Candiss partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“To match your family with the puppy that fits you best, please start by filling out an application. Then we will schedule a video call to chat and get to know each other. I'll show you the puppies and their mama live and show you where we raise them. Then you will sign the contract/health guarantee, and place your deposit to secure your puppy. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $1,500 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes a healthy puppy that has had 1st vaccination, been dewormed, and had a good start on basic commands and potty training. All puppies are loved, socialized and live inside our home. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable to a future litter on a case-by-case basis. If your circumstances change while waiting for your pup, please message us to discuss your options.”

Candiss may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Full Embark Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Candiss was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. I was so fortunate to get to meet all the puppies in the litter and Mom.     Candiss was quick to respond to my messages and questions about the puppy. She walked me through each step of the process and was transparently communicative. The packet Candiss provided answers a lot of potential questions a new dog owner might have. Most importantly about my puppy, Poppy. Poppy has been absolute joy. You can tell that there was a lot of care and effort put into the early weeks of her development. Poppy has more manners than any other young dog I have had or come across and potty training has gone smoothly thus far. Yet she still retains a ton of puppy personality.
