Q. & A. with Elaine

  • Why did you start breeding?

My husband and I bought a Bernese Mountain Dog and became interested in conformation showing. We joined the Wisconsin Berner club and were hooked. I have learned so much about the Bernese Mountain Dog breed, I wanted to take my passion and knowledge and put it toward bettering the breed.
  • What makes your program special?

I am fortunate that many of my dogs are in the pedigrees of Best in Show dogs, National Specialty winners, and agility performance dogs, in addition to many of my dogs living 10 years or more. I am known for always working for longevity and improved health. I am always there for my puppy people through good times and sad times.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
