I'm Melody H., the breeder behind HopplevalleyPTA...(Puppies To Adore) located in Centerville, ID. I cherish each of my dogs and puppies. Also, I do everything I can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy dog parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, in placing the puppies in loving homes with wonderful families. I strive to provide each puppy and their new families with a truly positive experience!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I had a purebred poodle where I lived on a small homestead. One day my neighbor no longer wanted her Havanese and so I adopted them. I decided to breed my sire (poodle) with my Dam (Havanese) and found that the havapoo's were in high demand. I can now see why, I fell in love with breeding Havapoos. I am now convinced they are one of the smartest dogs ever.

  • What makes your program special?

    I make sure I only purchase AKC Parents. I put a lot of money in my Dams and Sire to produce only the healthiest puppies. Also, I put lots of love, thought and care in what I do.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red brindle, gold brindle, chocolate brindle, black and tan brindle, black, apricot, and cream. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Melody

Melody has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Melody partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

"The price includes first round of vaccines, deworming. The color in demand can sometimes increase the price. If a puppy is on its third round of vaccines, it will increase in price. 500.00 non-refundable deposit goes towards the purchase of your puppy."

Melody may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Melody was such a joy to work with while we waiting for Canelos arrival. I was very specific about the markings and gender, and thankfully we were able to find the right fit.     Melody was so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. She was very responsive and sent us lots of pictures and videos of our puppy as she was growing. The pickup process was easy, and our puppy came to us healthy with her 8-week appointment already done. I really enjoyed working with Melody and highly recommend her as a breeder. You can tell she truly loves her dogs and takes excellent care of them.
