I'm Glendon F., the breeder behind Hounds and Doodles located in Lititz, PA. Our entire family assists in bloodline selections, care, training, and socialization. Each one of our dogs in our program are carefully selected. We believe that a pet is such an integral part of the family, and help our customers choose and prepare for adoption.

Why did you start breeding?
When we moved onto the mini- farm with our first Akita, we began our breeding program in a converted horse barn. We wanted to provide healthy affordable pets for our community, and it was a hobby our whole family enjoysWhat makes your program special?
I really think our program stands out because of the personalized care that each dog receives. As a hobby rather than a business, we have more freedom to selectively choose the best dogs for breeding, and maximize the quality of the puppies over profit.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Cavapoo puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Basset Hound puppies include black white and brown, mahogany and white, and red and white. Cavapoo puppies include blenheim, red, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Glendon

“Puppies from Hounds and Doodles include a $350 deposit. A deposit will allow you to reserve a specific puppy or choice of a puppy in an upcoming litter.”

About Riley
Riley is a beautiful, intelligent cavapoo. She's been part of our family since she was 8 weeks old and somedays seems more human than dog! She was very easy to train and has mastered many tricks. She loves her humans and loves taking walks. She is also friends with our Irish Setter and our Basset Hound. She has been health tested by Orivet.
