I'm Joseph C., the breeder behind House Isabela located in Brooklyn, NY. Our Beliefs. Our first priority is health, all dogs that are bred are health tested and only bred with another dog that also passed the health test requirements by the parent club. Preservation of the breed. We believe that we are a steward of these breeds and it’s legacy. We ardently believe that it is our duty to breed in accordance with the standard set by the respective parent club to preserve and hopefully improve the breed for the future generation. Temperament. Some of the purpose the breed was created centuries ago like bull baiting is already obsolete in the present time, the Bulldog and Bullmastiff has adopted and become a companion dog for the last few centuries hence we only breed dogs that are of sound temperament and have passed basic obedience test. In placing our puppies to your home it is our belief that it is never about monetary reasons but rather a partnership between you and us in achieving the goals above.
