I'm Laura U., the breeder behind House of Cavapoos located in West Olive, MI. We take pride in raising our puppies in a loving, hands-on environment. Our dogs are not just pets—they’re family. Piper is the heart of our home & proud mama to our litters. Each puppy is born & raised right in our home, where they are snuggled, loved, & socialized daily by both adults & children.

What makes your program special?
Each puppy is socialized with my girls, our family and friends. They are introduced to all different people both young and old. They take little trips to socialize and make them the most well rounded pups. Each puppy is sent home with a puppy bag which includes some food that they are on, toys, a blanket that has their moms smell, and their health guarantee.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include merle, red, cream, tri-color, black and white, black, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Laura

Laura has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $2,200 - $4,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes 3 rounds of dewormer, their first vaccination and well check, a health guarantee, and a puppy welcome bag. There is a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy which is not based on individual pricing. The full amount due, minus deposit, is due at pick up.”

Contract & health guarantee

Laura may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Laura offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Laura directly.
