I'm Deb E., the breeder behind Hursley Manor Samoyeds located in Maryland. We do our best to produce puppies that have the best chance at living long, happy, and healthy lives as your best friend! Our dogs have Pedigrees from Old Proven Russian/Ukrainian lines. Including close Champions and Grand Champions in their Pedigrees. All have eye, OFA, PennHip certification.

Getting a puppy from Deb
Deb has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

“Our Puppies are sold with 2.5 year genetic/congenital health guarantee, copies of parent's health screenings/certificates, pedigrees, microchip to include pup veterinarian vaccinations/records. Your deposit holds a puppy for you. Should you need to cancel your hold for any reason up to 12 weeks old, you may do so and get a full refund.”

Hip Dysplasia
