Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding because my love for the American Pit Bull Terrier became more than owning dogs—it became a passion and responsibility. I wanted to preserve what makes this breed special while producing healthy, sound, stable, and exceptional dogs. IGY6 was built on family, loyalty, faith, and a commitment to doing things the right way. 🐾🇺🇸What makes your program special?
What makes IGY6 Kennels different is that we breed with purpose. Every pairing is carefully planned around health, structure, temperament, pedigree, and performance. Our dogs are raised as family, socialized with care, and selected for quality. We’re building a program rooted in faith, family, integrity, and a commitment to the American Pit Bull Terrier. 🇺🇸🐾What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include fawn, red, red brindle, blue fawn, blue brindle, blue, black brindle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Jesse
Jesse has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jesse partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
