I'm Kyle B., the breeder behind Imperialis Kennels located in Sweet Home, OR. Our pups receive a very dedicated upbringing from day one. We ensure these kids are exposed to as much as we can possible do for them. Noises, other animals like cats and horses, frequent visitors and a lot of activity on the ranch. Our 4-pawed kids are the center of our lives.

“This is including not just the pup, but everything we put into them throughout their raising. You are also getting us and our help for their entire lives. A Minimum deposit of $500 is required to reserve a pup. This deposit is non-refundable.”

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Kyle and the staff at Imperialis Kennels were amazing to work with. He replied to my numerous questions in a timely manner, was professional, personable, and knows the whippet breed well. He offered Zoom meetings, since I live in Washington State, and I was able to meet him and Rocket virtually. He never rushed our conversations nor made me feel uncomfortable with my questions. Kyle is very dedicated to the breed and to his family of pups and never pushed me into purchasing a puppy, as has been my experience in the past with other breeders. As a prior sighthound owner, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a puppy from a breeder I have never met, but everything about this experience was perfect. Upon arrival at Imperialis Kennels and meeting Kyle and all of his pups, each and every one of them were friendly and interactive with me. I fell in love with Rocket immediately and knew I would be taking him home. Kyle provided a crate for travel with puppy blankets with the scent of his littermates, martingale collar, leash, a bag of food, and pine chips to help with potty training. Rocket was 4 months old when I took him home, and he is a wonderful little whippet puppy. He sleeps in his crate all night without as much as a whimper and basically potty trained himself. He's as smart as a whippet! I couldn't have made a better decision and am truly grateful for Kyle's experience in breeding these wonderful companions. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another pup from him in the future. Thank you Kyle and Imperialis Kennels for blessing me with this wonderful little guy.

I had a fantastic experience with Kyle. He knows all about his breed, how best to train them, gave me great instructions and advice. I met the parents of the dog I chose and found all the whippets in his care well socialized, happy, and healthy. He also had already crate trained his pups, thus saving me a big step. I was very impressed and would recommend him highly if anyone wants a whippet. This breeder loves every one of his dogs and pups and also makes sure to screen potential buyers carefully, so he’s super responsible about who gets his puppies.
