I'm Andrea N., the breeder behind Jasperdoodle.com located in Northridge, CA. We are located in Northridge in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. We raise our litters in our home, we are not a puppy mill and we do not rehome our retired females. Our dogs are our pets first! Breeding is a labor of love for us. Our pups get lots of love and affection as well as age appropriate toys and experiences.
Our puppy parents have been DNA and OFA screened with all certificates available for you to see. Fiona is a Standard Poodle with deep reddish/brown hair with copper highlights. Orbi, is a British Cream Golden Retriever, and an International Champion like his father. Both parents are so affectionate and sweet, capable of running with the best of them and then laying and relaxing with the family. Doodles are the best family dogs! They are minimally to not shedding dogs, and are affectionate, loyal, smart, and very easy to train among other personality traits!
Before you leave with your pup you will get to know them from nose to tail! You'll get lots of puppy education, including intro to crate training, vaccinations, proper nutrition, what to feed your pup and what not to and more! It's important that we deliver the best pup possible , so aside from the list above your pup will have dew claws removed, be stool parasite checked ( with treatment if necessity), and be microchipped. We perform Early Neuro Stimulation when very young and as they grow, have fun in our activity center including their own slide, and ball pool! We even have a select group of friends with their children who come and play with the pups to help them get ready for the world outside and build confidence which is so important. And please don't forget our weekly Pupates and lots of photos as they grow.
You'll take a sibling/Mom scented toy and blanket home to make the transition from our home to yours
easier, a collar, puppy food, toys and lots more!
Covid has made this more difficult but we always love meeting our owners first and having you see our program. Please inquire about this. We will not ship puppies in cargo ever but other arrangements can be made so please ask! See our web page for testimonials. references are available.
Q. & A. with Andrea
Why did you start breeding?
I have been around breeding since being a kid. My grandparents raised puppies and I always wondered if that us why I chose to take care of babies when I went into nursing. After retiring we rescued a Goldendoodle,
Jasper, and after meeting to him our friends wanted one too! From there, after reading and gathering as much knowledge as I could, and finding an amazing reproductive vet, Jasperdoodles was born! I read everything I could get my hands on before starting to breed, and after meeting with our phenomenal reproductive vet, we set out to purchase our first Poodle to be the mom to our first Goldendoodle litter.
What makes your program special?
We we offer lots of information on feeding, crate training, nutrition, socialization, and care of your puppy. We feed an amazing holistic food, Lifes Abundance, which has extended the lives of our dogs and will do that for your pup as well. We do neuro stimulation the first week of birth, as well as screen for parasites PRIOR to pups going home. Vaccinations, an exam, worming, and microchips will be done as well as our Health Guarantee and Lifetime support! We take care of our puppies until they go home, with exposure and activities for them happening as their age allows.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and chocolate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
