Our experience working with Jose was great. He was patient, as we were indecisive at times about “when” we wanted a puppy, “what” sex we wanted, and “which” one we wanted after they were born. He was responsive when we had questions and regularly shared pictures so we could see how our puppy was growing. Upon pickup, Jose shared all pertinent information, paperwork and answered any questions we had. I recently reached out with a question about where to find Max’s (puppy’s name) microchip information- I received a response within minutes. If we decide to get another miniature schnauzer, we will definitely reach out to Jose. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for bringing such happiness to our family.
