I'm Jim and Sherry J., the breeder behind Jordan's Shorty Jacks located in Cleburne, TX. We give our dogs the best lives possible. We are looking for homes that will give our dogs that same level of love and care! We adore our dogs! They’ve enriched our lives in ways we never imagined, and we are so happy to be able to share the wonderful qualities of the breed with others. Owning a Jack Russell Terrier is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with the perfect new addition to your family.
Q. & A. with Jim and Sherry
Why did you start breeding?
We fell in love with the breed by owning one as a pet first and then spent the next 10 years researching and learning everything about becoming a reputable breeder. Then we set out to make our dream come true. Our dogs are pets first and foremost and then our business.
What makes your program special?
We strive to stay true to the breed and breed for excellence. We take pride in making sure that we don't just pick any dog for our breeders, we research the dog and make sure that he/she will fit into our program and therefore have every opportunity to produce outstanding litters.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include tri-color, white, tan and white, brown and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
