Julie’s Shepherds

I could write a novel about this dog but I’ll keep it short. Our experience with Julie’s Shepherds was perfect. Excellent and consistent communication - the weekly updates really helped us form a connection with her as a family from afar. I drove from Pennsylvania to get her in Kentucky and I’d do the drive all over again for her. I knew I’d won the lottery when she was a complete angel for the entire drive home. William answered my many questions and I felt very set up for success with her. He really loves his dogs and takes excellent care of them. The advice I got was detailed and informed. His responses were very quick and reliable. I had contacted multiple breeders initially and his responsiveness and knowledge led me to choose him over some who were more local to me. Krypto is a patient, intelligent, loving puppy. I’ve never known a dog who just so desperately wants to be a “good girl.” We’ve had her for a month now and it took her no time at all to learn basic commands. She’s constantly sitting at my feet and rarely leaves my side. She loves children and has been very non-reactive to their antics. She’s a regular at the baseball league. She doesn’t mind other dogs, even when they’re being reactive. People are constantly praising her behavior and overall demeanor and all I can say is it’s good breeding. She’s showing great potential for protection dog training and we look forward to pursuing that with her. Our entire family loves her so much. She goes everywhere with us and we already can’t imagine life without her. Her vet exam was fantastic. She’s such a pleasant dog to work with and she’s in perfect health. She’s a gorgeous girl. This is our first shepherd but she won’t be our last. When we’re ready in a couple years to add a new family member, I’ll definitely be driving to Kentucky again.

Julie and Bill were very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Baby girl came home just 2 weeks ago and she’s settling in nicely. Very confident, great temperament, and she even impressed everyone at her latest vet visit. Great experience and great dog.
