I'm Jennifer C., the breeder behind Juniper Creek Irish Wolfhounds located in Brookside, UT. We add an element rarely talked about and that is Lifestyle health. Dogs of all breeds do not live as long as they did 30 years ago. A significant contributor the modern processed kibble. We supplement their diet with home cooked food and daily snacks of blueberries, broccoli, carrots and apples,.

Why did you start breeding?
We live in a rural area on acreage and my husband works remotely, while I wanted to establish an at-home business. My love of Irish Wolfhounds became a great way to enjoy this majestic breed, and earn a living at home. Our love of the Irish Wolfhound breed drives everything. We are committed to maintaining the breed standard, but also committed to each and every pup to find a loving home.What makes your program special?
Our adult Wolfhounds are our family. When people visit they comment on how lovable they are. We extend that lovingness to the puppies. We hope a piece of that comes home to you when you bring your puppy home.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Jennifer
Jennifer has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jennifer partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“Buyers can pick up a puppy as soon as 8 weeks if they understand the Liver Shunt testing is to be arranged by the buyer at about 11-12 weeks. If the test is positive, the puppy can be returned and exchanged for another in the current litter or an upcoming litter, or receive a full refund. Buyers can pick up at a preferred 12 weeks, after the Liver Shunt test is performed, providing it is negative. For pick-ups this is advisable; however for distant buyers just realize the shipping cost double from 8 to 12 weeks due to dimensions of the crate required and the total weight. Liver Shunt problems are rare but for the rare family that has to deal with anomaly it is a difficult situation to deal with. So this is a trade off worth thinking through and doing your own research. An 8-week puppy bonds faster with its new family and is easier to train, whereas, a 12-week puppy is tested for Liver Shunt, and has its 2nd round of vaccinations already completed.”

“Our wolfhounds are show-quality based on the lines we selected our original puppies from that now make up our Sire and two Dams. The grandparent of our Dam, Delilah, is Grand Champion Bronze (188 points) Nunneleys Francis Gorm Driller Of Wayside Kansas. While the deposit is non-refundable if you walk away, if the chosen puppy should fall ill and cannot be available for pick up or delivery, your deposit is refundable.”

Fiora has beautiful grey coat and silver blue highlighting on her face and other areas. She has a shorter coat and a more slender build in width at the shoulders and hips. But broad side and in height she is standard. She is the sweet one. But she is very intelligent, clever, and athletic.

Samson is a large male with brindled coat made mostly of charcoal grey with brown and he is a looker. He has an even personality and is a lover. He is 1.5 years old and still growing.

About Delilah
Delilah is considered Wheaten, but she is nearly pure white. She is a bold female and fears nothing. But she is also very lovable and affectionate. She has soulful eyes and will often approach us when sitting and gaze into our eyes.

Hip Dysplasia

Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
