I'm Michelle L., the breeder behind Keeping Up with the Shepherds located in Holbrook, MA. We are an in-home program where our dogs are our companions first and foremost. Our priorities are health and temperament, and our goal is to produce puppies that make wonderful family dogs. We are passionate about German Shepherds and look forward to sharing the breed with others who love them just as much as we do!

Why did you start breeding?
We wanted to put our passion for these dogs to good use. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is our way to give back to the breed and the families who love them. We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and puppies shine!What makes your program special?
We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience!Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Michelle
Michelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,400 - $1,650 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Contract & health guarantee
Michelle may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
