Kaitlin M.

Breeder of German Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Kaitlin M., the breeder behind KMK9 located in Berthoud, CO. We offer quality family pets with the potential for sporting. I love these dogs and this breed. I am working to produce quality puppies that will go into loving homes and stay with one family forever.

Q. & A. with Kaitlin

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got into breeding by helping a friend breed her German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers. I loved the process so much and wanted a chance to breed my own amazing dogs.
  • What makes your program special?

I pour my heart and soul into my dogs. They all live in the house with me and sleep in bed with me at night. I also have a dog training business and a raw dog food business so my dogs are well trained, well behaved, and well fed. I've discovered that the raw diet has an incredible effect on their health versus kibble.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
