Meet the breeder

I'm Kristin Z., the breeder behind KZ Doodles located in Melba, ID. We get excited about matching puppies with their forever homes. We live for the moment when you drive away with a new best friend. From the day our puppies are born they are in “family” training. They will have daily interaction in our home with our kids, various noises, and some country living.

Q. & A. with Kristin

  • Why did you start breeding?

After living in Utah, I later moved with my husband and children to Melba, ID when an opportunity to farm became available. Helping run the family farm allowed me to pursue my love for breeding.
  • What makes your program special?

We pride ourselves on our happy mommas who make happy babies and our promise is that our puppies will be well socialized and well-adjusted by the time they are ready to be taken home.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
