I have been owning and breeding Bearded Collie for over 40 years. I have shown my Beardies in Conformation, Rally, Obedience and Therapy. I have had Shih Tzu for over 20 years and now show them in Conformation. I breed for healthy, excellent temperaments and good structure in my puppies.

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Bearded Collie puppies include blue, brown, and black. Shih Tzu puppies include red and white and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
